	Ben Levenbaum Ben, the President and COO of Xceleration, is our visionary and is directly involved in all areas of Xceleration's growth, including Technology, Operations, Sales and Finance. Ben's past industry-related experiences include developing some of the first web-based incentive programs in the industry. Over the past 10 years, Ben has managed the execution of more than 250 employee incentive programs and the development of 40 web sites used to communicate corporate objectives, track performance and maximize incentive participation. This experience has translated into Xceleration's vision for managing online incentive programs, through our RewardStation® platform.
	Ralph Burton Ralph, the Chief Xcelerator and CXO for Xceleration, is the standard-bearer. Or, more accurately, he raises the standards through his unyielding commitment to client satisfaction, focusing on Client Incentive Consulting, Business Development, Supply Chain Management and Incentive Award Services. Having created and managed literally hundreds of employee and dealer incentive award programs, Ralph brings both decades of experience and relentless passion to the Xceleration and IgniteB2B teams.
	Steve Amedio Steve, Technekes' President and Chief Operating Officer, is, simply put, a leader. He's an organizer, a builder of teams, focused and passionate about results. Steve's focused on industrial strength IT implementations and business transformation projects with an impressive list of Fortune 100 companies. His ability to successfully overcome the complexities of big-company challenges with an entrepreneur's point of view makes Steve unique among business leaders.
	Preston Fay Preston, a principal and founder of Technekes is a direct marketing craftsman with a vision for designing marketing and sales programs that work, pushing himself and Technekes to pursue ever-higher levels of competency. Passionate, innovative and creative, Preston's plied his trade as a marketer with a who's who list of clients for nearly 25 years, having worked his way up from agency copywriter to account guy to managing director of a European database marketing company, before co-founding Technekes.
	Pickett Yon Pickett, Director of Marketing Solutions, is the resident expert on all things IgniteB2B. She is driven to succeed - for IgniteB2B and for our clients. With over 30 years experience in sales and sales management for companies as forward-thinking as iXL and Apple Computer, Pickett's innate understanding of the evolution of the sales process and the necessity of nurturing prospects, driving behavior and measuring results gives IgniteB2B clients a tremendous advantage in today's market.
